My home buying process presented an even bigger challenge because I started the process while still living in Europe. Due to the time difference, my process was a little more difficult than someone who would already be located in the United States. Terry is so knowledgeable about real estate and gives you honest, realistic, and low pressure advice. It was really helpful to have him there to sell our last house, which was a bit challenging (not an average house). He did an excellent job! We've used him several times in the last 4 years, selling a few times, and have always had superb service, excellent communication and low pressure. To top that off, he's very genuine and honest. Terry made our first home buying experience as good as it can get. His knowledge of the area and willingness to go above and beyond helped us find a home in a fast market.
